What size hoops work best for a mixed beginner class?
For adults, we recommend a 38–40" diameter HDPE hoop — heavier and slower than polypro, which makes it far easier for new students to find their rhythm. Tell us your age range and group size and we'll build a custom recommendation.
Can I mix sizes and colors in a single order?

What's the difference between HDPE and Polypro tubing?
