International Customers - Important Information
Hoopologie is proud to offer efficient international shipping, serving over 70 countries across all seven continents. For immediate shipping quotes, please visit our website.
Follow These Steps for a Smooth Ordering Experience:
Step 1: Create a customer account on Hoopologie.com, ensuring it includes your phone number, contact details, and complete address. (Incomplete address information is the most common reason for order delays.)
Step 2: Add all desired items to your shopping cart. If you need assistance with your order, contact us at [email protected].
Step 3: Choose between Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Expedited at checkout. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend UPS. *Note: While Priority Mail International is more affordable, it is harder to trace and may face investigation periods of 20-30 days if issues arise. Hoopologie cannot replace international packages; please be aware of potential delays and monitor your package’s status. We do not liaise with foreign postal services.*
Step 4: Submit your order through the website. Orders are processed within 24-72 hours, and tracking information will be sent via email. Check your spam folder if you do not receive this notification.
Step 5 (Optional): If you only need a shipping quote, select the QUOTE option at checkout and type “shipping quote” in the designated box. This allows us to provide a more accurate cost based on packing efficiency, potentially reducing your overall shipping expense. Expect an email update within a few working days.
Note for payment issues with foreign credit cards: Submit your order as a QUOTE, and we will send a payment link via email.
Important Notice: Once an order is picked and packaged, no changes can be made.
International Order Agreement
By placing an international order, you agree to:
- Fully understand the process of receiving packages in your country, including customs procedures and local postal office locations.
- Take responsibility for communication with your local post office if issues arise.
- Track your package using the provided tracking number (which may be found in your spam folder) and ensure timely claim action if customs holds your package.
- Acknowledge that customs delays may occur and that Hoopologie cannot intervene until the package is officially deemed “lost” by the postal service, at which point a claim will be filed.
Recommendation: Sign up for USPS email notifications for immediate updates on potential issues.
**Claims for Lost Packages**
Should a package be lost, a claim will be submitted with the carrier. Replacements will only be issued after the investigation and reimbursement process is complete.
**International First-Class Packages**
Delivery for these packages typically ranges from 6-8 weeks. Please consider this when choosing your shipping option, as tracking may be limited beyond U.S. Postal Service updates.
**Import Duties and VAT**
Customers are responsible for researching and understanding their country’s import duties and VAT. Hoopologie does not provide this information in advance and will not inform you of potential customs fees.
**Freight Forwarders**
Customers may use freight forwarders at their own risk. Hoopologie guarantees delivery only to the freight forwarder’s address. We are not responsible for any issues arising after the package reaches the forwarder, including tampering, damage, or missing items. We recommend using a professional, well-reviewed freight forwarding service.
**Returns for International Orders**
Our software cannot generate return labels for international shipments. Customers must return items at their own expense. If Hoopologie agrees to cover postage, reimbursement will be made via PayPal only. By completing your purchase on our website, you agree to these terms.
**Special Notice for Canadian Customers**
Shipments to Canada are subject to import duties, sales taxes (both general and provincial), and UPS/USPS brokerage fees. Only “Canada Standard and USPS” shipments incur brokerage fees. Hoopologie does not collect taxes or brokerage fees in advance. In some cases, Canadian taxes and brokerage fees may approach the total value of the order. Customers are responsible for understanding and covering these costs. Hoopologie will not accept returns of refused packages or issue refunds for orders shipped to Canada.
