TL;DR (International Orders): Create an account with your full address + phone, add items to cart, then choose UPS Worldwide Expedited (fastest/best tracking) or USPS Priority Mail International (cheaper, limited tracking). Orders ship in 24–72 hours and tracking is emailed (check spam). You’re responsible for customs/VAT/duties and working with your local post/customs office. If you need a shipping quote or your card won’t process, submit as QUOTE and we’ll email you options.

International Orders & Shipping Information

We’re happy to ship internationally and currently serve customers in 70+ countries worldwide.

How to Place an International Order

  1. Create an Account
    Create an account at Hoopologie.com and enter your full address and phone number. Incomplete addresses are the #1 cause of international delays.
  2. Add Items to Your Cart
    Add all desired products to your cart. If you need help, email us at [email protected].
  3. Choose Your Shipping Method
    At checkout, select one of the following:
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited (recommended for time-sensitive orders)
    • USPS Priority Mail International (more affordable, limited tracking)

    Note: USPS packages can take longer to investigate (20–30 days) if delayed or missing. Hoopologie cannot replace international packages and does not communicate with foreign postal services.

  4. Place Your Order
    Orders are processed within 24–72 hours. Tracking details are sent by email (please check spam folders).

Requesting a Shipping Quote (Optional)

If you’d like a shipping-only quote:

  • Select QUOTE at checkout
  • Enter “shipping quote” in the notes field

We’ll review packing efficiency and email you an updated quote within a few business days.

Credit card issues? If your international card is declined, submit your order as a QUOTE and we’ll email you a secure payment link.

Important International Order Policies

Customs, Duties & VAT

Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees. Hoopologie does not calculate or collect these charges and cannot advise on country-specific fees.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

By placing an international order, you agree to:

  • Track your shipment using the provided tracking number
  • Communicate directly with your local postal or customs office if issues arise
  • Understand your country’s customs process and pickup requirements

Customs delays are outside our control. Claims can only be filed once a package is officially declared lost by the carrier.

Lost Package Claims

If a package is lost, a carrier claim will be filed. Replacements are issued only after the claim and reimbursement process is completed.

USPS First-Class International

Estimated delivery: 6–8 weeks. Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.

Freight Forwarders

Freight forwarders are used at your own risk. Hoopologie is only responsible for delivery to the forwarder’s address and is not liable for issues after that point.

Returns on International Orders

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • We cannot generate international return labels
  • If return postage is approved for reimbursement, it will be issued via PayPal only

Special Notice for Canada

Canadian orders may incur:

  • Import duties
  • Federal & provincial taxes
  • USPS or UPS brokerage fees

These fees are not collected in advance and may approach the value of the order. Refused or unclaimed Canadian shipments are not eligible for refunds.
