The Standard Beginner is our most accessible option — properly weighted and sized for real adult bodies, so it actually stays up while you find your rhythm. The Two in One and Trifecta options are sectional hoops that reconfigure to smaller diameters as your skill and speed increase.
All HERA hoops are hand-taped at our Boulder, Colorado studio using proprietary decorative tape. The HERA Foundation colourway was developed in partnership with the foundation — designed to reflect strength, femininity, and purpose.

The HERA Ovarian Cancer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2002 by rock climber and healthcare advocate Sean Patrick. Named for the Greek Goddess Hera — protector and empowerer of women — HERA is also an acronym: Health, Empowerment, Research, and Awareness.
Hoopologie created this hoop in partnership with the foundation. Every time you pick it up and spin, you're participating in something larger than yourself — connecting the ancient human ritual of circular movement to modern advocacy for women's health.
