EVENT SPONSORSHIP REQUEST

Do you need a highly reputable sponsor for your next big event? Please fill out this form completely and submit to us as you would a regular order. You will select "QUOTE" at the payment step (so you do not pay). Please give us YOUR FULL SHIPPING ADDRESS. Requests must be submitted AT LEAST 3 weeks prior to event if located in USA, and AT LEAST 6 weeks prior to an event if INTERNATIONAL. (PLEASE NOTE: We may or may not provide ALL items requested on this form, we will notify you of what we are sending, however we make the final determination of what we will donate based on your event size and number of participants) Sponsorships are granted on a first come first serve basis. As of now, we already have 3 events for 2018. We sponsor a limited number of events so it is best to fill out your request form as early as possible to make sure you get on your list. Please note: Our Ecovessel waterbottles are VERY high quality and make very nice raffle gifts, we have a very limited amount available this year.
