This tubing is a great tool for intermediate/advanced hoopers looking to refine their skills with a brand new feel. This tubing is 11/16th OD and 1/2" ID. It accepts 1/2" inserts just like 5/8. This tubing is sturdier and heavier than 5/8. It is less bouncy and it's firmness really gives an entirely different feel to your hoop experience.
