BACKORDERS: On occasion we will backorder a small item on your order if we know if will be shipped out within 1 week. Most occasions we will offer you a substitution first if the backorder is tubing. We do not backorder ANY tubing. The item will be removed from your order and you will need to reorder when it becomes available. We reserve the right to cancel your backorder and refund your money at our discretion.

ADDING ON TO AN ORDER: In most occasions we can combine two orders (IF THEY HAVE NOT ALREADY BEEN PACKED). We cannot guarantee they will be combined, so please be aware that in some cases the order is already in the shipping process and cannot be modified. Add-ons cannot be granted discount codes. In order to streamline processes and maintain accuracy, you must place a new order via our website. We do not accept phone orders or orders via emails.

DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase. Sorry, we cannot modify your order with a discount code after it has been placed.

COLORS: Our products are photographed outside in direct sunlight or inside a light box.  Often most colored objects vary due to indoor or outdoor light sources. These colors can also vary greatly depending on your monitor settings. If you are particular about a color and need to see it first, please order/request samples of it before purchasing. We do not reimburse shipping costs for a return due to color.

Lost Packages or Damaged Packages

Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt for completeness. Please notify Hoopologie as soon as any loss or damage is discovered. Please provide a complete description of all lost or damaged items. If your package is lost or damaged, Hoopologie will proceed to file a loss claim with the carrier. Should you need to contact us regarding a lost or damaged shipment, please email info@hoopologie.com

***PLEASE READ*** Hoopologie automatically insure packages up to $100. This does NOT guarantee you a replacement immediately if a package has been confirmed lost. We will need to complete our claim with the carrier BEFORE replacing the package. You always have the option of placing the order again (if all items are in stock) to be shipped out immediately, but you will be responsible for the entire cost of the replacement. Once we have confirmation that we will be reimbursed for the lost package we will refund you the same amount we are reimbursed by the carrier. *We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. If you are concerned about the package arriving safely please choose UPS on checkout, and request in the comments box to have signature required as an option.

***ADDRESS VERIFICATION is VERY important to HOOPOLOGIE’s shipping department.  We will not ship ANY order that does not validate with our carriers, and we will contact you if your address will not validate, first via email, then via text message.  Please make sure your address is correct on the order as our system is automated and the order will ship to the exact address on the order.  Last minute address changes should be avoided as it causes delays in order processing.***

CUSTOM MADE HOOPS : POLYPRO, HDPE, PERFORMANCE TAPED HOOPS, & SECTIONAL HOOPS.   All hoops are crafted with the highest level of detail and dedication by a Master Hoopsmith with YEARS of hoopmaking experience, who has crafted over 1000 hoops.  Each hoop is made with precision and love, and is a work of art; therefore, we encourage you to carefully choose your size, dimension and color. 

Hoopologie wants you to love your products and we stand by our goods!  Once your package arrives, we ask that you inspect your hoop IMMEDIATELY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered. Please do not sand or apply grip/wax to your hoop if it is not exactly what you wanted and you wish to exchange it.

  • *You must contact Hoopologie for a Return Authorization BEFORE shipping a package back to us. We will instruct you on the best way to ship. Please do not ship your package back to us without a return authorization.
  • *Tape & Tubing must be unused and stored in a clean, dry, room temperature environment, free of pet hair.
  • *Tubing/hoops must be return in their original condition, free of scratches, nics, and visible wear that comes from the hoop being dropped on concrete, etc.
  • *Hoopologie WILL cover freight cost for any items returned that are defective or picked in error AND will cover freight costs for replacement items under these circumstances.
  • *Hoopologie WILL NOT COVER FREIGHT COSTS for items returned for exchanges and returns if the customer has changed their mind or preference in color, style, type, etc., and WILL NOT cover freight costs associated with the exchanging of items under these circumstances. (COLOR VARIATIONS MAY OCCUR DUE TO MONITOR SETTINGS)

We guarantee our products to land in your hands exactly the way we would want them delivered to us.  Please follow the CARE instructions regarding hoops BEFORE contacting us with questions or concerns.  If you are completely unsatisfied with your custom made hoop, we will accept it for an exchange.  If you are completely unsatisfied with your supply mateirals we will accept it for an exchange or refund.  We do not cover any shipping costs associated with an exchange due to personal preference. 

Refunds

***NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER 90 DAYS, ONLY STORE CREDIT***

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Hoopologie will guarantee the craftsmanship of the hoop for 180 days from the purchase date, which means that if it breaks for any reason, we will repair or replace the hoop (customer covers shipping cost one way). Taped hoops are expected to wear over time and cannot be returned for wear due to average/expected use. We will however evaluate hoops on a case by case basis to see how we can assist you if there is an issue that falls outside of our terms. Kinked hoops (due to aggressive hooping or attempting to coil down the hoop too small for storage), are not covered by the warranty. Exposure to heat when the tubing is collapsed can cause the tubing to warp and should be avoided. Polypro that breaks when used aggressively in extremely cold weather is also not covered under the warranty. Shipping costs for warranty items are covered one-way for domestic US customers, however we do not cover shipping costs for International Shipments, so please keep that in mind.

Warranty - Bulk Tubing & Tape & Tools

We want you to love your hoop supplies! Hoopologie warrants its products to be free from defect and workmanship for 180 DAYS. You must inspect your shipment thoroughly and inform us immediately if something is mis-picked or incorrect. If Hoopologie determines that the product is defective and the products have been stored and applied according to Hoopologie standards, then the product will be replaced at no charge. Unused tape and tubing should be stored in a clean and dry environment at room temperature. All Hoopologie tubing & products are made of only high quality materials and go through rigorous quality control steps to ensure you receive the best workmanship. PLEASE NOTE: Tubing with inner diameter variances are NOT considered defective, as tight tubing is a natural part of large scale manufacturing. Warranty Information - Lightwaves LED Hoops by Hoopologie

All Hoops have a Limited Warranty for 180 days from date of purchase to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is necessary for any and all warranty work and must accompany any hoop for warrantee repair. The warrantee does not include kinked or broken tube, water damage, heat damage, obvious abuse to the hoop or lost or broken remote control units, or damage to strip lights for any continuous hoops. Returning the hoop for repair and any associated fees is the responsibility of the owner, repaired hoops will be returned to the customer at our expense using USPS Standard Post or Standard UPS (warranty only apples to US customers). Warranty repair is a priority and is normally returned to the customer within 24-48 hours. Batteries are not warranted.
