1. Tell us your roots - where were you born and raised? Born in Ms, but raised in Mobile Alabama. My hooping jourmey originated in Pemsacola, FL

2. Why hooping? How did the journey begin? It all started early 2011 when i attended my first solo music festival experience. I was crushing on a girl with a hula hoop, tried learning her craft to impress her, and then fell in love!

3. What has the hoop taught you about life? You ALWAYS have a moment to reflect and PLAY. Release is one of the most important aspects of our lives, especially with the hustle and bustle these days.

4. What's next? How is your hoop life evolving? Ive taken a break from Full time traveling, but now shifting focus to training and tending to my local community here in Florida! I will ALWAYS have a project in the works, so stay tuned.

5. What aspect of the hoop community do you value the most and what do you hope to contribute to the future of hooping? I feel, since we have all connected to this weird little circle, there is a transparency and overall sense of joy within the hoop community. I hope to continue to facilitate space for play, collaboration, and exploration in the future!
