Beginner Fitness Hoop · Limited Edition

The hoop that
keeps you going.

Most people quit hooping in week one — not because of them, but because of the hoop. Toy store versions are too light and too small to maintain momentum. HERA is engineered the right way: properly weighted, properly sized, and built for real adult bodies.

Three configurations — Standard, Two in One, and Trifecta — let you choose the progression path that matches your goals today, and grow into new challenges as your practice deepens.

Three Ways to Hoop

Choose your
progression path.

Standard — Entry
Standard Beginner
38” OD · Single Piece

The perfect starter hoop. Properly weighted for real adult waist hooping — nothing like the hollow toy store version. Stays up, spins smooth, builds flow fast. Everything you need to fall in love with the hoop.

$54.95
Trifecta — Advanced
Trifecta Dance
44” → 40” → 36” OD · 3-Section Progressive

Three sizes in one progressive system. Start big, challenge yourself smaller, build the muscle memory of a seasoned flow artist. Takes you from day one to advanced — no second hoop needed.

Not Just Another Hoop

Why Beginners
Succeed With This Hoop

The reason most people quit hooping in week one isn’t them — it’s the hoop. Toy store hoops are too light, too small, and physically incapable of maintaining momentum. HERA is engineered to solve exactly that problem. Properly weighted, properly sized, built to stay up while you find your rhythm.

◉
Proper Weight
1.0–1.4 lb of HDPE tubing creates the momentum that keeps the hoop spinning without constant effort — letting your body learn the rhythm naturally.
◎
Correct Diameter
38” OD hits at navel height for most adults — the exact sweet spot for waist hooping. Sized for real bodies, not the average ten-year-old.
✦
Three Progression Paths
Standard, Two in One, or Trifecta — choose the path that matches your goals. One hoop that evolves with your skill level, so you never outgrow it.

Purpose-Built
Every HERA hoop funds ovarian cancer research. Flow with intention — knowing your purchase makes a direct, matched contribution to a cause that matters.

This hoop is for everyone. Fitness enthusiast, absolute beginner, hoop dancer, or someone who just wants to add some joy to their daily routine — HERA delivers on all of it. The three hoop type options mean you can grow into your practice without buying a second hoop.

The Standard Beginner is our most accessible option — properly weighted and sized for real adult bodies, so it actually stays up while you find your rhythm. The Two in One and Trifecta options are sectional hoops that reconfigure to smaller diameters as your skill and speed increase.

All HERA hoops are hand-taped at our Boulder, Colorado studio using proprietary decorative tape. The HERA Foundation colourway was developed in partnership with the foundation — designed to reflect strength, femininity, and purpose.

Our most popular beginner size. Hits right at navel — the perfect balance of momentum and control.
Most Popular

The Foundation

Health. Empowerment.
Research. Awareness.

The HERA Ovarian Cancer Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2002 by rock climber and healthcare advocate Sean Patrick. Named for the Greek Goddess Hera — protector and empowerer of women — HERA is also an acronym: Health, Empowerment, Research, and Awareness.

Hoopologie created this hoop in partnership with the foundation. Every time you pick it up and spin, you’re participating in something larger than yourself — connecting the ancient human ritual of circular movement to modern advocacy for women’s health.
