Teacher
Rachel Sullivan is a self-taught dancer, hoop artist, poet, filmmaker, and painter. At just 18, she began traveling the world — teaching her craft, making films, and gathering inspiration from every corner of the globe. Her work lives at the intersection of movement, art, and healing.
Rachel feels passionately about the transformational power of dance and meditation — practices that have profoundly shaped her own life from a young age. She built Dances with Circles to share and spread these powerful tools for healing, growth, and rewiring the nervous system through movement.
This bundle is the exact combination of hoops she uses and teaches with in her workshops — curated with care for students at every stage of their flow journey.
