This is small coil polypro tubing, meaning that is is wound on a 12" hub. This is great for making large hoops from the outer rings of the coil, but best if the inner rings of the coil are used for smaller hoops/minis. This tubing is best cut open and left to breath for 24 hours to allow for expansion.
