Terms and Conditions
BACKORDERS: On occasion we will backorder a small item on your order if we know if will be shipped out within 1 week. Most occasions we will offer you a substitution first if the backorder is tubing. We do not backorder ANY tubing. The item will be removed from your order and you will need to reorder when it becomes available. We reserve the right to cancel your backorder and refund your money at our discretion.
ADDING ON TO AN ORDER: In most occasions we can combine two orders (IF THEY HAVE NOT ALREADY BEEN PACKED). We cannot guarantee they will be combined, so please be aware that in some cases the order is already in the shipping process and cannot be modified. Add-ons cannot be granted discount codes. In order to streamline processes and maintain accuracy, you must place a new order via our website. We do not accept phone orders or orders via emails.
DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase. Sorry, we cannot modify your order with a discount code after it has been placed.
COLORS: Our products are photographed outside in direct sunlight. These colors vary greatly depending on your monitor settings. If you are particular about a color and need to see it first, please order/request samples of it before purchasing. We do not reimburse shipping costs for a return due to color.
MEASUREMENT OF TUBING & HOOPS: We measure all tubing lengthwise along the OUTSIDE of the tubing, not lengthwise from the INSIDE. Our HOOPS are measured from the OUTER diameter, not the INNER diameter.
Shipping & Times (PLEASE READ!!!)
**UPDATE** Shipping costs by USPS and UPS have increased as of January 2016. USPS rates have gone up on average 9.5%. You will notice that in some cases UPS is less than Priority Mail. We do our best to offer options to you, however, at time of shipping, we will ship your package using the method that mirrors our cost of shipping the package, unless we are aware of certian requirements by the customer. Our website does not calculate dimensional weight and our boxes are large/oversized, so dimensional weight is what Hoopologie is billed for on every package. **All shipping time frames listed (Priority Mail 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, etc.) on the site are estimates and NOT a guarantee time of delivery, order volume, weather and other natural events can cause a package to be delayed in transit. If you need an order expedited with a guarantee delivery date please select UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day upon checkout, if the order is placed after 12:00pm MST, we CANNOT guarantee the order will be shipped THAT SAME DAY. Priority Mail shipping is NOT considered Expedited and is not treated as such! These orders go into our order queue and are shipped out in the order that they are received. Typical processing time for an order is 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Thursday with the exception of U.S. observed holidays and some family vacation dates.
*We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses provided and missed delivery attempts to your address. If UPS attempts to deliver your package three times and the recipient is not available, thus causing the package to be returned to us, the recipient will be responsible for the return transportation charges billed to Hoopologie. If the recipient notifies UPS of an address change, the recipient will be responsible for the $12.50 address change surcharge.
Pickup at the Warehouse (Boulder, CO)
We are located in Boulder, CO. If you are in the area you may pick up your order to save on shipping. We do not have a storefront so we cannot accommodate walk-in customers. Please place your order via our website and let us know in the "comments section" at checkout that you would like to pick the order up in person. Please allow us time to prepare the order. We will notify you via email/phone when your order is ready. Please note that Boulder County sales tax rates apply for pick up.
Warranty & Returns
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUT TUBING (ANYTHING LESS THAN A 100 FOOT COIL). Certain situations will be evaluated on a case by case basis and will incur a RESTOCKING FEE of 20%.
WE ARE ALSO UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON LED HOOPS or POLYPRO/HDPE HOOPS and BEGINNER/PERMANCE HOOPS. LED HOOPS/POLYPRO/PERFORMANCE/BEGINNER HOOPS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND IT'S SIZE IS CUSTOM TO THE INDIVIDUAL, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM MADE HOOPS.
- *You must contact Hoopologie for a Return Authorization BEFORE shipping a package back to us. We will instruct you on the best way to ship. Do not ship your package back to us without a return authorization.
- *Tape & Tubing must be unused and stored in a clean, dry, room temperature environment, free of pet hair.
- *Tubing and hoops must be return in their original condition, free of scratches, nics, and visible wear that comes from the hoop being dropped on concrete, etc.
- *Hoopologie WILL cover freight cost for any items returned that are defective or picked in error AND will cover freight costs for replacement items under these circumstances.
- *Hoopologie WILL NOT COVER FREIGHT COSTS for items returned for exchanges and returns if the customer has changed their mind or preference in color, style, type, etc., and WILL NOT cover freight costs associated with the exchanging of items under these circumstances. (COLOR VARIATIONS MAY OCCUR DUE TO MONITOR SETTINGS)

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
Flow Apparel EXCHANGES:
Exchanges or returns must be postmarked within 4 days after the delivery date of the shipment. Please include a note with your name, order number, and size/color of item you are exchanging for, as well as a check or cash for the return shipping. To qualify for exchange, your item must be in its original, unworn condition (other than to try it on), free of pet hair, perfume, smoke or any other odor. I cannot accept exchanges for any items that show signs of being worn or if received after the exchange period. Once the item is received, we will send out your replacement item within one week.
Flow Apparel RETURNS:
Exchanges or returns must be postmarked within 4 days after the delivery date of the shipment. Please include a note with your name, order number, and that you are returning items in the package. To qualify for return, your item must be in its original, unworn condition (other than to try it on), free of pet hair, perfume, smoke or any other odor. I cannot offer refunds for any items that show signs of being worn or if received after the return period. Once the item is received, you will be credited back the full price minus the original shipping cost. We cannot refund shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
International orders: Returns are accepted however we do not do international exchanges.
Warranty for Individual Hoops - Please Read
Hoopologie wants you to love your hoop, but we expect you to make sure the hoop is right for you. You will need to inspect your hoop carefully IMMEDIATELY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered. If you choose to sand your hoop then the WARRANTY is void. We do not accept returns for used hoops. If your hoop is scratched or has visible signs of use, it is not returnable.
A refund for the full amount of the item paid will be issued once the item(s) has been received and inspected. Original shipping paid will NOT be refunded. Item(s) returned for reasons other than damage must be returned in the original condition. If the item(s) are received with noticeable damage and/or wear from suspected use, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Additional shipping costs associated with item(s) returned for any reason other than damage will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted or refunded beyond 10 business days from the date of delivery. (POLICY UPDATED 5/15/17)
All hoops are measured via outer diameter (OD). Inner diameter (ID) can be measure upon request if the shop is informed of such measurement preferences prior to order placement. Hoopologie will not accept returns or exchanges based on outer diameter to inner diameter measurement discrepancies that were not discussed prior to an order being placed. (POLICY UPDATED 5/15/17)
Warranty - Bulk Tubing & Tape & Tools
Hoopologie warrants its products to be free from defect and workmanship for 30 DAYS. You must inspect your shipment thoroughly and inform us immediately if something is mis-picked or incorrect. If Hoopologie determines that the product is defective and the products have been stored and applied according to Hoopologie standards, then the product will be replaced at no charge. Unused tape and tubing should be stored in a clean and dry environment at room temperature. All Hoopologie hoops & products are made of only high quality materials and go through rigorous quality control steps to ensure you receive the best workmanship. We want you to love your hoop supplies! Kinked, creased, or bent tubing is not covered by the warranty. Most normal hooping, even strong impacts, won’t kink the tubing. There is a significant chance that you could kink your hoop with aggressive hooping tricks or while attempting to coil the hoop down for storage. Exposure to heat when the tubing is collapsed can cause the tubing to warp and should be avoided.
Warranty Information - Lightwaves LED Hoops by Hoopologie
All Hoops have a Limited Warranty for 180 days from date of purchase to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is necessary for any and all warranty work and must accompany any hoop for warranty repair. The warranty does not include kinked or broken tube, water damage, heat damage, obvious abuse to the hoop or lost or broken remote control units, or damage to strip lights for any continuous hoops. Returning the hoop for repair and any associated fees is the responsibility of the owner, repaired hoops will be returned to the customer at our expense using USPS Standard Post or Standard UPS (warranty only apples to US customers). Warranty repair is a priority and is normally returned to the customer within 24-48 hours. Batteries are not warranted.
Lost Packages or Damaged Packages
Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt for completeness. Please notify Hoopologie as soon as any loss or damage is discovered. Please provide a complete description of all lost or damaged items. If your package is lost or damaged, Hoopologie will proceed to file a loss claim with the carrier. Should you need to contact us regarding a lost or damaged shipment, please email email@example.com
***PLEASE READ*** Hoopologie automatically insure packages up to $100. This does NOT guarantee you a replacement immediately if a package has been confirmed lost. We will need to complete our claim with the carrier BEFORE replacing the package. You always have the option of placing the order again (if all items are in stock) to be shipped out immediately, but you will be responsible for the entire cost of the replacement. Once we have confirmation that we will be reimbursed for the lost package we will refund you the same amount we are reimbursed by the carrier. *We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. If you are concerned about the package arriving safely please choose UPS on checkout, and request in the comments box to have signature required as an option.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (PLEASE READ)
We have an impeccable turnaround time for International orders and have shipped to over 60 countries on 7 continents. You can receive an INSTANT shipping quote via our website. Please create an account and add items to the shopping cart. You will have your choice of Priority Mail International or UPS International. If you would like us to research a different carrier, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your account created and order submitted as a quote so that we can assist you in a timely manner.
If you have questions after creating an account and building your order, contact us when you have completed the steps first. You can submit your order as a quote and we will contact you for payment via Paypal.
***We require that you purchase insurance on ALL international shipments, through the carrier. If in the event a package has been lost, we will submit a claim via the carrier used. We will not replace the package under any circumstances until the investigation has been conducted and we have been reimbursed for shipment lost. We do NOT guarantee delivery of any International packages via United States Postal Office.
***International First Class packages have an average delivery time of 6-8 weeks, please keep that in mind when selecting that option and please understand that we are unable to track the package beyond what is noted by the US Postal Service.
***It is the responsibility of the customer to RESEARCH and UNDERSTAND the import duties put forth by their respective country. We DO NOT research this for you ahead of time and will not notify you of what you will owe by the customs office in your country.
SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING CANADA:
Please review the TWO tables below to help you anticipate the amount of duties, taxes, and fees you will have to pay UPS to take delivery of your package. It is YOUR responsibility to know the amount of these taxes and duties. Hoopologie will NOT accept return of refused packages and will NOT issue refunds on orders to Canada. Unfortunately, we have been burned by those who declined to pay the taxes and refused their packages, causing us to eat the costs of shipping and brokerage fees both ways! This is why we have had to adopt this rigid policy.
WHEN TO PAY: When your package enters customs in Canada, UPS will call you and tell you what duties, taxes and brokerage fees are due. They will ask you then if you want to pay them with a credit card in advance. If you don't, you'll have to pay an additional "COD" fee upon delivery.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and trade dress, whether registered or unregistered (collectively the "Marks") that appear on the Sites are proprietary to Hoopologie or such Marks' respective owners. You may not display or reproduce the Marks other than with the prior written consent of Hoopologie, and you may not remove or otherwise modify any trademark notices from any Content. The Marks are protected by trademark, trade dress, copyright, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are trademarks, service marks, trade names and/or trade dress of Hoopologie or their respective owners, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Hoopologie.
The HOOPOLOGIE, HOOPOLOGIE LOGO Design, HOOPOLOGIE Culture of Flow marks are registered at U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
