  • All shipping methods on the website are estimates and NOT a guarantee time of delivery.  
  • Order volume, weather, United States Holidays, and other natural events can cause a package to be delayed in transit.  
  • Priority Mail shipping is NOT considered "expedited".  These orders go into our order queue and are shipped out in the order that they are received.  
  • Typical processing time for an order is 24-48 hours.
  • We ship Monday through Thursday, Fridays when order volume is high

  • Exceptions of (U.S. observed holidays and Company vacation dates) 

  • UPS and USPS services DO NOT deliver on Sundays or on United States Holidays.

  • We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses provided and missed delivery attempts to your address. If UPS attempts to deliver your package three times and the recipient is not available, thus causing the package to be returned to us, the recipient will be responsible for the return transportation charges billed to Hoopologie. If the recipient notifies UPS of an address change, the recipient will be responsible for the $17.00 address change surcharge.
  • We do not recommend shipping a package to a recipient at a HOTEL or other location for the purpose of forwarding it to another country.  We will not support your efforts to locate these packages if something goes wrong with the timing, delivery, or any aspect of retrieval.  We have had MANY experiences with this type of order, and we will not support these types of orders.  If we discover that your order is being forwarded, we will assume that you are willing to take the risk should the package become lost, tampered with, or stolen.   If you have used a freight forwarder for any package shipped from Hoopologie, Hoopologie is RELEASED from ANY liability from that package if it becomes lost, tampered with, opened, items stolen, etc.  We do not support any efforts for packages lost in these types of situations, we will not make claims for these packages if items are missing.  We will only work with customers who are the original recipeint of the package at the end point, not a middle party.  All packages that leave our warehouse are guaranteed delivery complete to the end point that is listed on the order confirmation.  Please read all of our terms and conditions carefully and understand the risk of using freight fowarders, especially with high value shipments.
  • Please take the time to understand how our orders are processed and shipped.   The cost of shipping is a major factor for our large boxes as the shipping companies charge dimensional weight for all packages, and for Hoopologie, it is a significant cost to have our custom product manufactured and shipped to us for distribution.  We do our best to offer many shipping options to you, however, at time of shipping, we will ship your package using the method that mirrors our cost of shipping the package, unless we are aware of certain requirements by the customer. Our website does not calculate dimensional weight and our boxes are large/oversized, so dimensional weight is what Hoopologie is billed for on every package.
