Ordering Information & Policies

General

ADDING ON TO AN ORDER: In most occasions we can combine two orders if the order is not already packaged. We cannot guarantee they will be combined, so please be aware that in some cases the order is already in the shipping process and cannot be modified. Add-ons cannot be granted discount codes. In order to streamline processes and maintain accuracy, please place a new order via our website.

DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase. Sorry, we cannot modify your order with a discount code after it has been placed.

COLORS: Our products are photographed outside in direct sunlight or inside a light box.  Often most colored objects vary due to indoor or outdoor light sources. These colors can also vary greatly depending on your monitor settings. If you are particular about color and need to see it first, please order/request samples of it before purchasing, or reach out to us on instagram for an up close video. We do not reimburse shipping costs for a return due to color.

PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER:  Our products are manufactured for the purpose of making hoops.  The information on this website is directed towards the success of the hoopmaker, it is not described with technical specifications for industrial/alternative applications, however in some cases we can provide that to you upon request.  If your project is not related to our industry and you do not consult us as to whether the product is a proper fit, we are released from any liability if the product is not applicable to your intended use.  Users must make their own determination that their use of our product is safe, legal and technically suitable for their intended applications.  We sell samples and we highly recommend you order samples to test the product before purchasing.  If you place an order and the product is not applicable to your intended use, you may return it for a full refund of the product only (we will not reimburse shipping to and from the recipient).

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:  Hoopologie reserves the right to refuse business with customers.  This includeds customers who are not respectful in thier communciations with us, (profanity, disrespect to those in the service industry, hostility, dishonesty) or customers who display unethical conduct within our community.

 Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt for completeness.
  • Please notify Hoopologie as soon as any loss or damage is discovered.
  • Please provide a complete description of all lost or damaged items, including the damaged box, with photos so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, Hoopologie will proceed to file a loss claim with the carrier.   Should you need to contact us regarding a lost or damaged shipment, please email [email protected]
  • Hoopologie automatically insure packages up to $100. This does not guarantee you a replacement immediately if a package has been confirmed lost. We will need to file a claim and wait for the investigation to be completed before replacing the package. You always have the option of placing the order again (if all items are in stock) to be shipped out immediately, but you will be responsible for the entire cost of the replacement.  If your order is high value, please contact us to add additional insurnace and signature required on the shipment.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. If you are concerned about the package arriving safely please choose UPS as a shipping method, and have the packed shipped to a business or location where someone can sign for it.
  • ADDRESS VERIFICATION is very important to the shipping department.  We will not ship any order that does not validate with our carriers, and we will contact you if your address will not validate, first via email, then via text message.  Please make sure your address is correct on the order as our system is automated and the order will ship to the exact address on the order confirmation. 

 

Warranty & Returns

Return Policy, Refunds and Cancellations

  • Hoopologie has a 30 day return window from the date of purchase, product must be in re-sellable condition for a full refund (not used).  Returns outside of 30 days are granted on a case by case basis and are eligible for partial credit depending on the condition of the product.
  • You must contact Hoopologie before shipping a package back to us. We will instruct you on the best way to ship, hoops and tubing must be shipped in a way as to not cause damage to the product, if you choose to ship a hoop/tubing back to us, you agree to use the methods we use to ship it to you, so that the product is not damaged in transit.  If we ship you a hoop with a slip cover over it to protect the tape job, we expect that the same care is used in shipping the hoop back to us.  We also expect the customer to use a proper sized box, and coil hoops down safely.  We have recieved many damaged hoops back to our warehouse, a little extra care goes a long way.
  • Product must be unused and stored in a clean, dry, room temperature environment, free of pet hair and cigarette smoke.  Tubing/hoops must be return in their original condition, free of scratches, nics, and visible wear that comes from the hoop being dropped on concrete, etc.
  • Hoopologie will cover freight cost for any items returned that are defective or picked in error AND will cover freight costs for replacement items under these circumstances.  Hoopologie will not cover freight costs for items returned for exchanges and returns if the customer has changed their mind or preference in color, style, size, etc., and will not cover freight costs associated with the exchanging of items under these circumstances. (color variations occur due to monitor and device settings)
  • 15% Restocking fees are assesed on a case by case basis,  and mostly apply for custom made hoop orders that cannot be resold in a timely manner or in some cases at all (due to the condition they are returned in).

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 2-4 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.  Our merchant processor does not allow for a refund to a different form of payment.
  • Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
  • The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Cancellations

  • All orders are automatically processed via our merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are "refused at delivery" will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

Warranty- POLYPRO/HDPE, Performance Taped, & Beginner Hoops:

  • Hoopologie wants you to love your hoop! Once your package arrives, we ask that you inspect your hoop to make sure it is exactly what you ordered.
  • All hoops are hand crafted and made to order for you, with the highest level of detail and dedication by our Hoopsmith Team, Christina and Brittany, therefore, we encourage you to carefully choose your size, diameter and color.  It is a custom made product for you.
  • We guarantee our hoops to land in your hands exactly the way we would want them delivered to us. Please follow the CARE instructions regarding hoops (included in package), or email us at [email protected] with any questions.
  • If you are completely unsatisfied with your custom made hoop, we will accept it for an exchange. We are unable to cover shipping costs associated with an exchange due to personal preference.
  • Hoopologie will guarantee the craftsmanship of the hoop for 90 days from the purchase date, which means that if it breaks for any reason, we will repair or replace the hoop.  Taped hoops are expected to wear over time and cannot be returned for wear due to average/expected use.
  • Kinked hoops (due to aggressive hooping or attempting to coil down the hoop too small for storage), are not covered by the warranty.  Exposure to heat when the tubing is collapsed can cause the tubing to warp and should be avoided.
  • Shipping costs for warranty items are covered one-way for domestic US customers, however we are unable to cover shipping costs for International orders, so please keep that in mind when ordering custom made products from the United States.  

Warranty - BULK HOOP SUPPLIES

  • We want you to love your hoop supplies and become a successful hoopmaker!
  • Hoopologie warrants its products to be free from defect and workmanship for 90 days.
  • You must inspect your shipment thoroughly and inform us immediately if something is mis-picked or incorrect.
  • If Hoopologie determines that the product is defective and the products have been stored and applied according to Hoopologie standards, then the product will be replaced at no charge.
  • Unused tape and tubing should be stored in a clean and dry environment at room temperature.
  • All Hoopologie tubing & products are manufactured with quality materials and we maintain quality control steps to ensure you receive first quality product. 
  • This being said, in manufactuering of tape and tubing, there are blemishes and issues that occur within some products that we are not able to QC, for example rolls of tape may vary in width on occasion, or have issues that we cannot see from the outside.  If you happen upon a defective roll of tape, which happens in large scale manufacturing, please contact us and we will work with you to get a replacement or refund immediately.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Tubing with inner diameter variances are not considered defective, as tight tubing is a natural part of large scale manufacturing.

The HOOPOLOGIE, HOOPOLOGIE LOGO Design, HOOPOLOGIE Culture of Flow marks are registered at U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and trade dress, whether registered or unregistered (collectively the "Marks") that appear on the Sites are proprietary to Hoopologie or such Marks' respective owners. You may not display or reproduce the Marks other than with the prior written consent of Hoopologie, and you may not remove or otherwise modify any trademark notices from any Content. The Marks are protected by trademark, trade dress, copyright, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are trademarks, service marks, trade names and/or trade dress of Hoopologie or their respective owners, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Hoopologie.
