YES! Our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your order history and compile a Wish List. We have optimized our website to allow for quick and efficient searches and filtering. The checkout process is simple and familiar. We have created this website to allow you to shop with ease and to minimize frustration during the checkout process.
can I check the status of my order?
Absoultely! An order confirmation will be mailed to your supplied email address once the order is submitted. The order confirmation will include your order number as well as the approximate order total. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
can I change or cancel my order?
If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please call or email Hoopologie immediately and we will be able to help you with the cancellation. We can't make changes to an order once it has been placed.
what are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover cards. We accept prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it. We also accept Visa Debit cards (Canada and US only). We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.
will my credit card be charged immediately?
No. A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card that will identify and tag the money for your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We'll send you an email to let you know when this happens.
can anyone help me with paying for my order on the website?
